Description

We explore the significance of the Parsha being named after Yitro. Why is Yitro's story in in the same parsha as the 10 Commandments? In what way does it prepare us for Matan Torah? In exploring the answer to these questions we come across fundamental prerequisites for accepting the Torah. (Part of HaMidrasha at QC, OU-JLIC's Torah learning program for women at Queens College.)
