Description

This shiur is an introduction to the sugya of סלק in a case of a ta'aroves of Issur mixed into both מינו and אינו מינו. The Tur quotes the Rashba to establish that this principle applies LeHalacha even for us, i.e. even though we do not accept the opinion of Rebby Yehuda regarding 'min bemino'. We will begin our study of the Shach's critique of the Rashba's application of 'salek' to our Halachik system.
