For this shiur on Chulin 100a-b & 108a, we will study the following limitations of חנ"ן: 1) if he doesn't know which Hetere received the Issur, e.g. the Issur landed in one of two pots; 2) the case of מינו which became Assur by virtue of a משהו; 3) the case of סילוק in שאר איסורים. Or does the Ta'aroves exist just the application of Bittul is suspended? Taam KiIkkar removes the Shem Taaroves; Min BeMino suspends the operation of Bittul. We will continue our analysis of the rule of סילוק as it applies in the Shulchan Aruch.
