We will compare two sugyos, Masechet Chulin 100a & Avodah Zara 74a, regarding the question: When is there no Bitul? The Ran in A"Z quotes many opinions, including Rashi, the Ra'aved, the Rif, the Rambam, and the Ran's own opinion. We will also study the view of the Rosh and draw some conclusions as to whether or not Bitul applies to a Taaroves of Chametz BiPesach.
