Gustman zt"l, in Yerushalayim, I recall that at least once in my years there 1975-1977, Rabbi Greenblatt of Memphis was a guest at the Shabbat morning davening and was invited to sit on the Mizrach wall near the rosh Yeshiva, and then invited to speak at the Kiddush for a Simcha.
