Rav Chanina in Masechet Chulin 97b teaches how to estimate if there is שישים of Heter in the pot against the one piece of Issur. What does he mean by adding the walls of the קדירה to the calculation of Heter? The sugya offers two לשונות regarding the integration of the walls of the pot into the calculation of שישים for purposes of ביטול. The first לישנא considers that the Issur distributed its טעם not only into the Heter but into the pot as well. The second לישנא explains R' Chanina differently. Although post-Bishul we do not find 60 Kezaysim of Heter in the pot, that's because some of the Heter was absorbed by the pot. We can use the pot to supplement the Heter that now is found in the pot.
