this shiur explores many of the major halachic issues for a resident of israel spending yom tov in chutz laaretz-- what melacha can one do, does one make havdalah, go to shul, can one make a second seder, and more. The last 10 minutes or so was added on after the shiur and deals with the havdalah issue.
