Description
We bgin today with the Mishna on Masechet Kiddushin 28b, whihc establishes the methods of Kinyan which are effective in the case of the גזבר who purchases an animal for the Korban Tzibbur, i.e.Hekdesh, in contrast with the Kinyan of a Hedyot, when one buys an object from his friend. There is overlap in the case where the value of the object went down in price from the time of the giving of the monies until the time of the משיכה. We continue with the Mishna on 29a whihc addresses the obligations of a father & the exemptions of the Mother, vis-a-vis the son regarding a long list of Mitzvos, including Milah, Pidyon HaBen, and Talmud Torah
