ForKiddushin 43b-44b we continue our analysis of the יד האב and its relationship to the יד הבת in the case of a נערה. Does the Torah grant the נערה an additional יד to her father's, to accept her גט or her Kiddushin? We have an explicit מחלוקת regarding the ability of the נערה to accept her Get. Rebby Yehuda establishes אין שתי ידים זוכות כאחת, and she has no ability to accept her Get. The Chachamim argue that she has an additional Yad. What do the Chachamim hold re: kiddushin? This is a debate between Reish Lakish & R' Yochanan. R"L applies the rule of equation bet Gittin & Kiddushin, R"Y insists that this analogy is not relevant in this case.
