Bava Kamma 3a-3b: Looking for the case of תולדותיהם לאו כיוצא בהן. We will define the Avos of שן ורגל and establish that the Toldos are Halachically identical with their Avos. The same will be the case for the Avos of Esh & Bor. At the end of the sugya we establish that there is an entity called צרורות when the animal shoots out pebbles while moving from one place to another & this causes a damage which is unique in its own category. If it is a Tolda of רגל it distinguishes itself from the Av insofar as a payment of חצי נזק which makes it תולדותיהם לאו כיוצא בהן. We will introduce the controversy between Rav & Shmuel over the meaning of מבעה in our Mishna. According to Rav our Mishna is interested in the Mazik of אדם. Shmuel disagrees.
