For Masechet Bava Kama 13a we will continue our study of the view of Rebby Yossi HaGlili that קדשים קלים ממון בעלים, i.e. the animal is privately owned. Is this a general rule that applies to all Dinim (e.g. Nezikin, Kiddushin etc.), or is this a unique Halacha in כופר בפקדון ונשבע לשקר? If the latter is true then the Mishna that invalidates Kiddushin in the case of an animal that is suitable for the Mizbe'ach can in fact be authored by R' Yossi. Another issue is the statement of Ben azzai limiting R' Yossi's view to one particular Korban. Which Korban did Ben Azzai have in mind? I.e. who owns שלמים בכור מעשר בהמה? In the latter part of our shiur we will discuss the issue of two participants in a מעשה היזק, is this collectable from both?
