Description
For Masechet Chullin 102b-103a: an overlap of 3 Issurim, ever min HaChai, Basar min HaChai, and Treifa. The Torah only formulated two Lavin for these. The great debate between R' Yochanan & Reish Lakish as to which two Issurim of these three cmbine under a single Lav & only generate a single set of Makot. Do we combine the two issurim that are "min HaChai"? Or is these a close connection between Tereifa & Basar Min HaChai? The bulk of the sugya will address the case of Tereifa & Ever Min HaChai and why does Reish Lakish opine that only one set of Makos is generated? After all, these are two seperate Lavin! This will lead to four differnt answers and issues re: Ever Min HaChai and אין איסור חל על איסור.
