For Masechet Bava Kamma 30a-b we continue our study of Bor in the cases of glass and thorns left in a public domain & situations when one is permitted to place a תקלה in רשה"ר, e.g. water, rubbish, and straw that are permitted to be placed in רשה"ר during the winter months. Does the licence to place these dangerous objects exonerate a person fro paying for damages? We will study the debate re: the scope of the penalty established which makes the objects ownerless.
