Description
For Bava Kamma 26b-27a, we will study a list of various statements of Rabba regarding cases of two participants in a damage or a murder. Some of these cases deal with one person who threw a utensil off the roof but someone smashed the utensil before it hit the ground, or someone removed the pillows that would cushion the fall of the utensil. In a murder case we will discuss the case when one threw a baby off the roof and the second killed the baby before it hit the ground. Is this parallel to the case where many people hit the murder victim? We will discuss the case of a person who fell off a roof and injured a person on the fall down. Does it matter if he fell bec of a normal wind or a hurricane? What if the victim could have saved himself
