We begin our study of the sugya in Masechet Bava Kamma 53a-53b with a further study of the debate between Rav & Shmuel regarding the obligation to pay for damages of a Bor, is it the foul air or the impact of the fall on the ground of the Bor. The bulk of today's shiur will focus on the issue of two contributors to a Hezek, who pays the damage? We will introduce the great debate between Rabbanan & Rebby Noson.
