For Masechet Bava Kamma 71a-b we continue our analysis of the mishna on the previous Daf. Our goal is to define shechita that engenders ann obligation for the thief to pay Daled VaHah. We will discuss cases such as slaughtering on Shobbos or Yom Kippur, or for the sake of Avoda Zara or the slaughtering of a Shor HaNiskal. In the last part of the shur we will discuss the case of a thief who stole the animal belonging to two partners in a situation where he is only obligated to pay Daled VaHeh to one of the two shutfim.
