Description

For Masechet Bava Kamma 67a we begin on the bottom of the previous Amud with the objection against Rav Yosef who maintains that שינוי השם קונה, from the Takanas HaShavim in the case of a stolen beam that was built into a roof. Isn't that a change of a change of identity? We will defend Rav Yosef and establish the concept of a 'reversible' change. The main part of our discussion is the sugya's equation to Mikvaot. A כלי created once in the ground changes its identity. Why then is the Mikva Kasher, this is מים שאובים?
