Description

For Masechet Ketuvot 11a we will continue the sugya of Ger Katan, conversion by Beis Din of a young non-Jewish child. Is this DeOraisa of Derabanan? How does זכין לאדם apply in this case? Is this an objective benefit? Even so how can Shelichut operate on behalf of a non-Jew? Will the child have the ability to reject his Jewishness when he comes of age? If so, at what moment? Does the child need to declare his acceptance of the Geirus?
