The sugya in Masechet Bava Kamma 74a-b offers an extension of the analysis of the Beraisa regarding the controversy between Abaye & Rava regarding witnesses that were subject to הכחשה (contradiction) by another pair, can they be subsequently subject to הזמה? The Beraisa addresses the case of a Master who assaulted his Eved and removed two אברים, the eye & the tooth of the Eved. At the end of the shiur we will begin our study of the new Mishna that deals with situations in which the thief slaughtered the stolen ox but nevertheless does not pay Daled Vaheh.
