Description

The sugya in Masechet Bava Kamma 91a addresses the case of an ox that gored, either a Shor Tam or a Shor HaMu'ad who did two damages: the ox killed a human being and must be put to death, and the ox & damaged the property and its owner must compensate the Nizak. The Beraisa addresses this case & the sugya sees this as relevant to the controversy re: is there a requirement of אומדנא regarding Nezikin.
