For B"K 98b we continue our study of the sugya of גרמי re: one the Mazik who destroys the loan document of the lender when the borrower denies the loan. We will emphasize the story of Rafram who compelled Rav Ashi to pay for the damage of such a document. Dis Rav Ashi himself destroy the lender's document??
