Description

For Masechet Bava Metzia 16a-b we will study two sugyot: One, the view of Rav that the גזלן buys the field from the נגזל on behalf of the לוקח. When does this apply? What if the Gazlan acquired the field of the Nigzal thru other means? Two, we will analyze various categories of Shtarot that were found in the street, should the finder return the shtar to the Malveh?
