For Masechet Bava Metzia 18a-b we will analyze the question: does an ארוסה collect a Ketuba? If so, where can we find a source to prove this? The bulk of this shiur will address the issue of one who finds a Get and the husband agrees to give this Get. Can the finder return this Get to the husband & assume that this is the very Get that fell from him since his name is in the Get. Do we rely on the husband who claims the Get as his? Or shall we consider the possibility that there is another person out there - with the same name - who lost this Get?
