We will complete Masechet Bava Matzia 23b that we recently began with a study of the status of 'location' as a Siman. We will disscuss the concept of תביעת עין and the possibility of returning a lost object to a Talmid Chacham who (almost) never lies! What happens with a brand new utensil that was never used? In what situations does the Halacha permit the fabrication of the truth? We will look at Rashi & Tos' and wonder why the situation of 'peace' - משנין מפני השלום was omitted from the list?
