We will complete Bava Matzia 34b with an analysis of the debate re: what to do in the conclusion of תיקו in the 11 questionable cases regarding the issue of who acquired the כפל? We will study the sugya of Rav Huna's Rabbinic oath imposed upon the Shomer to swear that he did not 'steal' the object. How do we reconcile this with the Mishna in Shavuos? Finally we will begin the sugya of שומא הדר. Once Beis Din collected the loan (when the borrower defaulted) and confiscated the estate of the לוה after evaluating its market price, does the לוה have the right to 'redeem' his estate if he comes into cash? Did Rav Nachman return the mansion to the Shomer because of his right of redemption or simply because the שומא was a mistake to begin with?
