For Masechet Ketuvot 13a-b we will study the debate between Zeiri & R' Asi regarding the view of R' Yehoshua re: the single girl who was alone with a man. Is she believed to claim that the man is a כשר & she maintains her status vis-a-vis Kehuna? Shall we believe her claim with a מיגו, she could have denied that she had a relationship in the private place? How did R' Yeshua argue his case based upon an analogy to the case of a woman who was captured by the non-Jews?
