I live in a dorm where the urinal does not flush properly and there is often urine sitting around. Does such a bathroom make it obligatory to wash every time I walk in? Can one say berachot in a modern clean bathroom? Can one listen to a shiur while brushing one's teeth in a modern bathroom? If somehow one gets trapped in a bathroom (happened to me once) and will miss zman tefilah should they daven in the bathroom?
