Description

For Masechet Bava Kamma 103a we will address the issue of one who stole & took a false oath, what are his obligations? In addition to paying the principal & adding a fifth, he must bring a Korban. Additionally he must return the object to the נגזל, directly - thru no agent. This may mean that he will have to travel across the globe in order to return the object to the נגזל. The Chachamim enacted a תקנה to allow the גזלן to achieve Kappara by depositing the גזילה at the Beis Din. We will study the controversy re: one who stole from one of five persons but he cannot single out his victim.
