We continue our study of Bava Kamma 104b: more about the payment of the חומש when the גזלן died, do the heirs pay the חומש? Does it depend upon the confession of their father when he was alive? Upon the oath taken by the heir himself? How can we reconcile the contradiction of two Beraisos on the issue of whether the יורשים should have to pay the חומש? In the last part of the shiur we will begin the sugya of פחות משבה פרוטה and try to determine if & when the גזלן must fulfill his חיוב השבה despite the fact that the stolen object is not worth a פרוטה.
