The Safek of the כרתי re: a woman who finds דם but did not have a הרגשה. In the cases of בדיקת עד and דם לאחר תשמיש do we have a ספק דאורייתא perhaps she really did have a הרגשה just she mistakenly attributed the הרגשה to the עד or שמש. Or does this ספק דאורייתא only apply if and when she tells us that she did have a הרגשה. In this latter presentation the sugya of עד ושמש is interpreted as a קולא, i.e. we will not consider her claim to הרגשה as a ודאי טמאה דאורייתא but rather perhaps she mistakenly believed she had a genuine הרגשת דם מן המקור but in truth the הרגשה was the irritation of the עד או השמש. In this shiur we will investigate this ספק of the כו"פ & establish which Poskim accepted which צדin his ספק & the Halachik implications.
