Description

For the beginning of the 10th Perek of Masechet Bava Kamma 111b-112a, we will study the sugya of sons who inherited a stolen object from their father, are they obligated to return the object? This will require an understanding of the issue of יאוש ושינו רשות as it applies to גזילה, as well as an analysis of the issue of ירושה is it a קנין or not?
