Masechet Bava Kamma 112a: returning a stolen object, does the נגזל have recourse to retrieve his property from the child who inherited his late father the גזלן? The great debate between Chachamim and Sumchus. We will begin this sugya today and conclude it in the following shiur on Thursday בעזרת השם. The central issue is: does the קטן have possession regarding the stolen property? Can he be considered a מוחזק? Have the witnesses already offered their testimony against the father to establish that the object is stolen and the object belongs to the נגזל? What if a קטן illegally sent his servants to confiscate the field of another individual, if he a מוחזק?
