Description
Topic is hashchatat zera and not pru urevu.
At minute 24 it is missing about 1 minute of recording because the recorder died. In that time R' Willig mentioned that Rav Moshe supports his argument from Tosfot Sanhedrin 58b s.v. mi, Tosfot Yev. 34b s.v. vlo based on Nedarim 20b that hashchatat zera for shelo k'darka is muter b'akray because it is for a purpose and isn't levatala since it is for his tayvah. Parenthetically, R' Willig said practically he thought it was a bad practice. He added that even though Tosfot Rid yev 12b only said this in R' Meir, the Ri said it lhalacha. He picks up with R' Moshe (Igrot Moshe EH 1:63)'s pesak that moch b'shaat tashmish is muter for a woman who would be sakana otherwise.
