For Masechet Bava Kamma 114a we will compare the Mishna and the Beraisa regarding the question: does the גזלן acquire the stolen mule through יאוש ושינוי רשות? When the tax collector passes on Reuvain's mule to Shimon, does the latter acquire the mule or must he return it to Reuvain, the נגזל?
