  1. Title: The Answer of the Steipler was originally thought of by the Toras Chesed
    Author: Reuvy Havin

Hi Rabbi Cohen, I enjoyed listening to your shiur, I was especially interested because I remember learning a beautiful answer to the question by the Toras Chesed who was a posek, a chosid of the third lubavitcher Rebbe, the Tzemach Tzedek. I'm lubavitch so we looked up this sefer because my chavrusa remembered it answered this question on the Ran. And then I heard you say it from the Steipler. So I just wanted to let you know that this answer is first brought the Toras Chesed. I love that it's such a dakistike point and yet you see they both said it. Here is a link to the sefer on the page where the answer is: http://hebrewbooks.org/pdfpager.aspx?req=1739&st=&pgnum=191&hilite= The answer is 10 lines down on the first column. Also I felt in your shiur that the answer was explained extremely clearly for its level of subtlety! So thanks for that. Kind Regards, Reuvy
