We will try to reconcile a seeming contradiction in Rashi regarding the fulfillment of one's Neder to bring a Korban. The issue is: is it sufficient that the נודר bring his Korban to the Azarah and hand it over to the Kohen? The Brisker Rav develops two aspects of נדרי הקדש when he pledges הרי עלי. (We call this Part Two because the recorder was accidentally shut off before the last 20 minites which form Part Two)
