Masechet Sukka B'Iyun 31b & 36a: esrog katan, esrog בוסר, Hidur Mitzva & the amazing Chiddush of the Maharik. The psul of bosar is the absence of הדר; the psul of a small esrog is the absence of גמר פירא. Can we find a basis in Rishonim for the definition of the Chazon Ish that the small esrog is not an esrog at all? We will study the Tos' HaRosh who formulates a concept of נתקלקל בקטנותו which we will identify with a בעל מום.
