Description

We reviewed our מהלך in the Gemara from the previous Shiur, highlighting the difference between the right to have something in רה״ר in terms of הלכות שכנים versus the responsibility for it's נזיקין, along with the connection between the two. We read תוס׳ ד״ה מה לבור and read it to support this מהלך, and then continued with the next תוס׳ to understand how תנא שור לרגלו would fit with our Gemara. Finally, we took an initial look at רבינא's explanation for the צד השוה, the case of the tree and wall that fall into רה״ר.
