We reviewed the end of yesterday's shiur, and went forward with the next two Tosfosim. The first dealt with whether the owner of the wall and tree would be liable for damages without a warning from בית דין. It stems from a מחלוקת in a גירסא, but we also dealt with a potential difficulty מסברא as well. In the next Tosfos, we looked into how our a potential conflict with the case of מפקיר נזקיו בנפילת אונס from כט ע״א, and discussed the significance of being מפקיר a תקלה in terms of one's liability.
