Masechet Megilla B'Iyun 21a-b: The three קרואים as a separate תקנה, or as an implementation of the requirement of calling up the Kohen, the Levi and the Yisrael. How was Moshe permitted to sit during the 40 days despite the קדושה status of the mountain? We will investigate the possibility that Megillas Esther is the only Book of נ"ך that has the status of Torah She'biChtav, while the rest of Tanach is Torah She'bal'peh. Hence, only Esther would receive a תרגום.
