Masechet Megilla 24b: Comparing סומא to קטן as far as being מוציא את הציבור. Would Rebby Shimon be disqualified for Sanhedrin just as he would be for עבודת הלויים? Why would a קטן הפוחח be kosher? Various behavior patterns that are unacceptable for a ש"ץ.
