Description

Masechet Ketuvot B'Iyun 2a-b. The Chidush of the Chasam Sofer: according to Reish Lakish אונס ומפתה = ביאה לשם קידושין. Otherwisa there could be no קנס since he gets מלקות for the Lav of קדשה according to the Rambam. In the latter part of the shiur we will discuss Rashi regarding כותית.
