Description

Masechet Ketuvot 33a: Is התראה a possibility in עדים זוממין? If not before the testimony, immediately following. If not right before the testimony, an hour before the testimony? The latter part of our study will focus on the possibility of deriving the exception to R' Yochanan's rule - i.e. the case of חבלה where he pays rather than receive מלקות - from the parsha of כי ינצו assuming there was an implicit התראה for מלקות.
