      Why does the mishna say that both woman and boys that are below the Ag Oof 13e of 13 can do temurah. First of all it's a lav shaino meysa, and its mitzas sea shel zman grama for woman, so why does the mishna say that woman could do do temura and also how can a koton do it if he is below 13?
