Masechet Chullin B'Iyun 104a-b: אין גוזרין גזירה לגזירה. We seek to explain the controversy between R' Yosef & Abaye regarding העלאת בשר עוף וגבינה על שולחן אחד, i.e. the enactment prohibiting eating chicken & cheese on the same table.
