Yehoshua Grunstein IRWIN NIEDOBER,
Hi Irwin and good morning,
As always, many thanks for your feedback, which both gives motivation to continue to be teach, as well as gives ideas for the future.
Wanted to wish a long-life as you finish your year of mourning for your mother z"l, and hope that you will be able to continue her legacy in this world. I myself am now in my 7 month of the 11, and thus can well understand and will address the lack of decorum in shul in general, and during Kaddish [as well as מי שברך's, אנעים זמירות and more] during the year as I experienced it as well.
Indeed, tomorrow [Wednesday] will address who you should be answering Amen to if multiple people say Kaddish at once, with both the advantages and disadvantages to it.
Wishing the ENTIRE family a Shana tova in every way and endeavor, and many thanks again,
Yehoshua
