מקור להגדרת תפלה לפי הרמב"ם - עבודה שבלב. נפק"מ א' - כוונה מעכבא בכל התפלה, ומשום מתעסק. נפק"מ ב' - שיחה פוסלת כל התפלה. נפק"מ ג' - ניתן להרחבה - תחנונים אחר תפלתו. נפק"מ ד' - צ' הכנה - נט"י. המשך יבוא. It added several nafkan minah, centering around the 3 mitzvos performed within Shemone Esrei: נפק"מ ה' - וידוי נאמר בתוך התפילה, דהרי עיקרו להביע תהליך תשובתו לפני ה'. נפק"מ ו' - שופר באמצע התפלה, וכל ענין תפלה בלי מלים כגרי"ד. נפק"מ ז' - נשיאת כפים באמצע התפלה כמו בקשר לקרבנות - ובכלל ענין תפלות כנגד קרבנות - דביהמ"ק כבר נקרא לפני ה' בתורה. ובקשר לכך - גרי"ד בשיעורי יאה"צ, דתפלה שבת ומקדש כולהו הוו לפני ה' ולקראת
