Description

Why did Hashem seek to remove ruach from Moshe, in order to give it to the Elders; why not just give them their own? [Especially in light of a midrash which says that Hashem first wished to remove ruach from Moshe, before changing course.] And why was Moshe required to give his glory to Yehoshua, in Parshat Pinchas?
