Description

Masechet Eruvin 45a, returning to the city from which the Jews left - and waged a war against their enemies outside the תחום - is this permissible and why?: the debate regarding one who was asleep at the moment of the onset of Shabbas, or owner-less utensils, does he (and they) acquire a מקום שביתה. This will be an issue regarding rainwater that fell on Yom Tov.
