Masechet Eruvin 40b, reciting ברכת הזמן - She'he'chiyanu - on Rosh Hashana & Yom Kippur. The Sugya will address the text of the Bracha that ends the middle Bracha of the Amida on Rosh Hashana & Yom Kippur, i.e. מקדש ישראל, with special emphasis on Rosh Chodesh.
